Valid Complaint
Even if you are not the type of person who likes to complain, there are still circumstances that may call for it. It’s not just because you would want your unsatisfactory experience and concern dealt with and given proper attention, but also because you wouldn’t want the same experience to happen to some other customers. If you are regularly experiencing some network disruptions in your cable or satellite TV and you know very well that you are paying for a good service, then not filing a Sky TV Complaint or a satellite television complaint may also make you feel that you are somehow being robbed off your hard earned money right from under your nose.
Many companies ask their customers for feedbacks not only because they value their customers’ opinions but also because they can use such feedbacks in order to make their businesses better by improving their services, making positive changes and enhancements in their products, and even applying better operational and manufacturing procedures. Thus, customers must not feel guilty of saying the things they think should be addressed properly and the concerns that they know should be dealt with.
As much as companies and business value their customers’ point of view, the complaints and suggestions should also be based on actual facts, with proofs presented if possible, to be considered valid. Complaints about a business’ services and products would certainly be considered more important than comments about the store’s new paint job.
